Apparently it was blindingly obvious for the Allams to appoint Silva, even though his name was never mentioned as much as once on here, prior to the appointment.

Slutsky would be very interesting. Good record, came to UK early to learn English, very well connected, and willing to work in the Championship to get to the Premier League. Certainly left-field.
