Marco has probably been interogated by the allams in a secret location by now

Did anyone notice Macos suit jacket yesterday? Bubbles near the lapels is the sign of a crap cheap job! Millions of people watching mate! Just an observation! :emoticon-0148-yes:

Where's Wagner going?
It all depends on Silva ultimately, if the decision is made quickly & he goes then I see SM with us. Simply because he said he wanted it at the start of the season, he's also been to a lot of our games.

Norwich apparently.

I'd have had Steve Mc a few years back - but he's damaged goods now.

I'm loathe to suggest it after loads used to yank one off about that weirdo Adkins, but Scunthorpe's manager strikes me as someone who could be a winner.

Plus, even we would seem more attractive than treading water at a minnow.

Bit like after Barmby was sacked all the doom and gloom until the Allams pull the rabbit Steve Bruce out of the hat, bring in a few players, put a few results together and for some all the bad things are forgotten. Will it be the same if Marko Silva goes?

I agree with the sentiment that we want a young hungry manager. I'd take Graham Alexander at Scunthorpe, worked with a small budget there and probably wouldn't cost a fortune. Andy Dawson as his assistant.

Looking at his physique these days I'd wager Bruce is one of the hungriest managers out there.

Simple innit...

If he gets a better offer he goes. If he doesn't, is is either staying or unemployed.

I can see offers abroad, which take him away from the "PL" context and the UK. He may prefer to stay and see what he can do next year...

One thing is for sure he won't burn any bridges so whatever he SAYS is irrelevant. He could plead loyalty and be gone th next day.

He holds the power, and he won't have a clue what's best yet, as he won't have had those chats.

Patience. But I'd not read much into interviews or press speculation. Remember flat head vanishing after protesting the team were everything to him. He didn't even bother to say good bye to the team when he did vanish...

Personally, I think MS wants to manage a club successfully in the PL.
he has a chance to take us out of the championship and rebuild our club from scratch, that might be very tempting to him.

MS is a top, top European manager

I fully agree. And as covered previously, I honestly think those clubs looking at him a month ago will now be very wary. If - and it's a massive if - he gets reassurances from The ****wits that he starts with zero transfer budget and he can spend whatever he generates, then I think this is the best bet of getting a Premier League job that he has.

Of course he might instead just **** off to another country where he'll have loads of offers.
