What I don't understand is if Silva inspires players why did we have that kind of capitulation.

Said it since Sunlan, I honestly think he's played himself out of contention. Football owners / CEOs are very shortsighted and all the see of him now is relegation and 3 awful results on the trot, including a worst home defeat in history.
I maintain his best shot at a Prem job is to have us top 3 going into the January window when somebody will he sacked.
