like i said, not every thread needs a comment. that thread was more for info than for a discussion. anyway, its not the 1st thread of mine to get no responses and not the last either im sure. i wont get pissed off as its just the internet, more important things in my life to get pissed off about like running out of cider and still 40 mins left of the man utd / chelsea game left!

football board. a few on our board (including me) have gone through so many summers without football and nothing to talk about and just talk utter ****e like discussing favourite foods and whats on tv, im bored of all that. cant be bothered to repeat everything from 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 months ago
our catering department will want to know soon if shrews v city will be all ticket. we know the wolves game will be. we just want to do our best for visiting clubs, league 2 bound.

thats a matter of opinion. your board is certainly much more active. doesnt mean you have a better board though as quantity doesnt mean quality

nope. you see, some very busy boards just talk ****e all day and hardly talk football at all. thats not quality. thats just quantity. is that better than a board that talks all football related and cuts all the ****e out??
there is a general chat board for general chat and for all non related football stuff... like porn pics, jokes, games, what their fav food/colour/song/band, what you doing at the weekend, homesexual stuff blah blah blah. thats just quantity.
some teams prefer a lot of ****e talk inbetween the football talk to amuse themself. our board dont do this that often so it gets quiet inbetween the football talk. we stick with quality not quantity. im not saying were better for that or worse for that over any other board. thats down to everyones individual taste and own opinions.
take the city board as example. take away the ****e non football related stuff and games on your board and just keep the board for all things football and would be interesting to see whats left. just to point out before any reds take offense to that, i mean no offense on my part. there is nothing wrong with your board. quantity works well on your board. each to their own
Sorry cjs. Apart from the "last person to post wins" thread everything on there is football talk. We have quality and quantity. There hasn't been a proper game type thread since the lie to me one at the beginning of the year.

never said your board didnt have quality or quantity. i was very careful not to say that as im not into belittling and disrespecting ANY boards, unlike certain people. i havent and wouldnt even do it to your board
i have no time at all for those who do that. and if they are a mod as well then they shouldnt be a mod in my eyes
