Contract negotiations were scheduled for last summer, they fell through last October... so whilst i understand where you’re coming from it’s not the reason... in any case as i said, if he’s on a contract he’s a more realisable asset if you need to sell.

The lack of contract might explain the gloomy face he had for the rest of the season and how bang average he was post injury... or it all might be coincidence<laugh>
Than why did Bielsa call Jansson their player of the season just before the play offs

Presumably you linked that to the wrong post. But he said that about Jansson because he says a lot of things that make sense to him in the moment. He may also believe it. but whichever, It’s possible to think someone is a good player and a pr*ck. Or someone is a good player but a disruptive influence.

Krystian Bielik is a 21yo under 21 Polish International Centre back.

He did well on loan at Charlton, but would not be ready for first team action in the Championship yet.

But yet again, if he was such a disruptive influence, why so many friends at the club saying they'll miss him etc.

A good player, or the best defender in the Championship?

Leeds completed the whole of the 2018/19 league campaign having failed to score from a single direct free-kick.

The last one we scored was Pablo Hernandez's effort v Burton on Dec 26th 2017.

I still think 3m for Flint is a bargain.

I don’t do Instagram. He said himself he was a loaner and was trying to be more of a team player. Whichever I read more into who didn’t send good luck messages.

But then I know what he did to get banned by monk so maybe my opinion is coloured.

Maybe everybody loves him now.

Maybe everyone thought it was ok for him to expect to have one rule for him and one for everybody else. Maybe bielsa just said to get rid on a bit of a whim

He’s a giant lumbering donkey. Not bielsa’s type. Woodgate wants to start playing football at Boro and first up for the door is Pulis boy flint

This is an easy one.

Think back to your school days.

You are the teacher.

Class clown is hilariously funny. The whole class loves the way he winds you up & brightens up your boring lessons.

You're way behind with the curriculum, so you get the class clown gets expelled for holding you back.

Class is heartbroken.

Do you listen to the class & reinstate the clown, even if it means you get even further behind .....

..... or do you get on with your job & get this class back on track?

That is the essential difference between a disruptive influence & a popular personality.

The amusing thing about this is how poor his aerial capability is compared to the rest. And yet, that is his quality that is most often held up as his best by us punters. Shows us how much we really know. It's not as much as we think! :)
