Morning all, new to not 606, but some of you may distantly remember me as NoahWatford on 606. Had second kid, had to change name. Now there are at least four Watford supporters in Atlanta GA, U.S.A. Looking forward to us beating Leeds at the weekend, need us to finish above them for my Dad to win a few quid at work, so three points is a must. Looking forward to getting involved in the banter.

Welcome - nobe - good to have you here - not606 seems very popular with "exiles" as it does not close overnight UK time

... and congratulations on your "second kid" - only 3 more and you have caught up with me :)

I remember you from 606 of course but not sure about the logic for the name change - I thought Noah's Ark had everything in 2's :smiley-finger007:

w-y - congratulations on making the 3,00th post <bubbly> but you need to go back to school as your 2999 was 3000 and your 3000 was 3001 :)

Firstly welcome to nobe - it's great that we are getting so many transfers from 606.

Lenny - there seems to be a timing difference between the number in the header of the thread and the number on the side of the post. So I jumped in when I saw the header and only realised I was 1 ahead of myself after I noticed the number of the side of the post!

BB - Can you please refrain from using the L word in polite company - just call them stinkers, pikeys, tramps, Hedgehog noshers anbd we will know what you mean. I any case they come in a lot more than 2's, they have mobs and crews that attack family enclosures and kids wearing scarves and football shirts - having just 2 might be a little dangerous for the scruffs.

good news i think about Piero Mingoia. He's extended til the summer of 2013. He's not played much, but though he's way too small, he makes up for that in pace and skill imho. He'll be one to watch next season i think.

Fully agree and he is a really nice fella - he was on our table at the sponsors night and I had a good old chat with him. Little Miss W_Y and I really like him and it's great to see his contract extended...

If I have missed I am sorry (watching to many British politicians and bankers) and for Nobe0609 as well. Welcome to our Watford World.

At a personal side, Nobe congratulations on your new baby but please do not call your new infant Ross. We have towrossjenkins already and Noah will not be pleased with another one.

Welcome Nobe (great name) Its good news another youngster has been given extended terms ,dont need to be a giant in frame as long as he is giant in character!!

At last a five minute break from two weeks of work, fun and family (in lots of different ways). But I'm pleased to be able to drop back into the Nest after about two weeks (and maybe 1000 posts) so great to see the population is growing (and not just with small people).

I think that afternoon tea is in order whilst I contemplate a proper post to stimulate some discussion!
