Norway - I did not ask to be a mod and hopefully once the "newness" has gone it will not be mentioned again. Have you actually asked Ak if he wanted to be a mod - you could privately send him a message. Or perhaps as you are clearly also senior to me you want the position - if so contact the mod administrator and chat to him about it - I am really not going to get in a sweat one way or the other

Lenny Im not sure but I think he did approach them but didnt get a response, although my memory is fallible these days
My only beef is I think as our leading bod should have at least been asked first,no I dont want it because as previously stated ,I dont think this community needs one !!

Need to catch up with a few replies here. Leo, like you I am always busy,but love the open air, space and lack of decision making. The only ones these days are ones I wish to make, not ones I had to:smile:

My interest in Twitter was not because I actually wanted to join but because someone had come up with the Mr.B name. It seemed to me that it was a fraud, so I wanted to know if it was so easy to set up a false account.:emoticon-0120-doh:

Totally agree OFH - funnily enough we were set to retire to France rather than Wales but then Mrs Leo had a heart attack a couple of years ago and we decided our French was not up to dealing with medical emergencies so we turned our attention to the Uk - we could have been neighbours. We were very set on the Limoges region

OH just doing a lot of talk on the newcastle board at the moment as hardly any gills fans on at the moment and newcastle are doing the most talking
