Afternoon, quiet day at work so popped in for a quick drink. Already had a coffee in the other nest so a nice cuppa tea please ak.

Any more news on a takeover? The information coming through the threads is giving me a bad feeling about this one.
 
Sandy, not seen any "news", but various people are now speculating that this man is not the one who is going to put up some money, he is the front man. If that is the case you would wonder why they chose him, as he has come over in a very bad light.

OFH - 606 won't let me in so couldn't reply on your last comment. Matt Slater's Plymouth blog was very interesting and I hope our board do a bit of digging on whoever it is that wants to buy us. I did like the fact that Matt wrote the blog and then replied to most of the comments the fans had left.
 
Good to be able to get back on here - I gave up yesterday as it was so slow - buyt todday the 606 wont let me in to parts of it - says there is ongoing maintenance
or some such

Ouch my head hurts 1st day of course (glad I spent weekend prepping for it) Learning a new helicopters avionics systems (in Norwegian) started at 8 and have just finished now!!!! I feel like Ive been mind melded with spock!!! 1 down :) 4 to go :(

Blimey Norway that is impressive - what are you some sort of Norwegian SAS man - my head hurts nowadays trying to sor t out which feed to give to which animals - and trying to set up my new tiller :)

Am watching WHam vs Burnley - it's that boring, I had to find something else to do before I fell asleep! I suspect we will be playing them both next season:emoticon-0100-smile

I heard a joke today that I thought was funny.

A lady was visiting an expensive store and bending over to look at a pretty bangle she farted. Feeling embarrassed she stood up straight and started to look around to see if anyone noticed. Unhappily the store security was standing right behind her.
"I'm sorry about that. I only bent down to look at the bracelet it was so beautiful" she apologised.
"If you do that when you see a pretty thing you will s*** yourself when you find out the cost!"
