I know everybody will want to keep him, but is there even a shred of hope he will stay? A cryptic social media post showed a short video of a photo montage of him at City and the words "my passion" and a Tiger emoji. Coupling this with the noises he made earlier this season about potentially staying, can we sort something out? Nige obviously wants him, we want him, Ehab will probably say he's too expensive. Any road down, the odds on him staying, in my opinion, have improved. If we're losing so many first team players, big hitters such as Dawson and Meyler (big hitters in terms of Championship money), there must be room to keep him and build the team around him. Here's the link to the tin pot website that nobody reads that posted it: http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/04/1...ropped-clue-on-twitter-amid-celtic-speculati/ Only kidding OLM....drunks read it.
Not a chance, hes just playing the game and saving face after the press interview basically saying he was going
There will be at least 7/8 teams prepared to offer him way more than we will and that's just in the UK, all 3 teams which go up for starters, a few of the current PL teams and any Champo teams with money
He certainly won't be with us next season, I am sure of that. Celtic has the attraction of champions league that might tempt him, as well as he will score for fun up there. On the down side, he is not a cold weather player, and it is ****ing freezing up there, and I can't see his wife liking up there either. Villa is a likely place he may go, I guess only TWT.
That's possible, though I can't help but remember the misses. You get fewer chances at that level. And I'm not sure he'd go to one of the very top clubs here.
I thought the question was going to be another tattoo or not, in which case has he got any spare skin left? In reality if all the big hitters are leaving, he doesn't strike me as being the type of player to want to 'carry' a team. No doubting his quality at the Championship level. Still wouldn't discount Villa.
Very good at this level and he would score a shed load in the Scottish Prem too but he is not a Premier League striker. If Aston Villa don't go up I expect him to join them in the summer.
Knowing our owners warped way of thinking, we've more chance of him staying if we, the fans, start to barrack him and say we don't want him to stay.
I’d say wish him good luck wherever he goes? Great when he plays but too many injuries I’d say? Someone will have the stats of games, goals & wage cost?
His debut was memorable. I was sat there thinking (like Charlie Nicholas does) we've got a right player here.
Thoughts anyone.... Harry Wilson... Obviously would like him to come back and Liverpool seem to be linked with many a player in his position. Where does that leave him apart from on Liverpools fringes again...?
He'll have Premier League clubs interested in him on loan, we've very little chance of getting him back.
