Because sacking Wenger now is not guaranteed to bring us instant success. Why would you want to sack Wenger when he has one year left on his contract? There is no valid argument for this when the season is not even over yet.

When, oh when, will people realise that spending money is not going to solve this problem.
The only argument still remaining now seems to be "give Wenger time with money to make the difference."
I'll go out on a limb - Arsenal will win no more trophies with Wenger at the helm irrespective of who he buys, because the major issue with Arsenal is not their personnel, it is their Manager - his formations, his tactics, his motivation.
Money and the spending of it is absolutely not the answer. I wish, massively, that I'm proven wrong, but insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. Wenger makes the same mistakes game after game yet still has seemingly no idea why Arsenal lose, evidenced by never changing his formations or tactics.
Nothing will change while Wenger remains.

Also the way Wenger reacted to the questions regarding his contract led me to believe he wont be signing another one.
We will have one more year of Arsene, regardless of what we achieve.
Hopefully this year and his swansong year he could bring home some titles.
If he isn't resigning the question is who to replace him. I've seen Moyes, Klopp, etc... being thrown out, but I'd like to see Laudrup
How is that going to happen without dramatic squad improvement?
He has money available but just is'nt using it. (we also have a HUGE squad)
I personally think it will be more of the same. Hope I'm wrong though.
feel the squad is already good enough, but they need 1 or 2 more improvements. Also I think more emphasis needs to be put on defensive coaching. This season we have had the most individual errors leading to goals in the Prem (If half of those errors didn't happen we'd be right on United's neck). Its not easy, but it certainly is doable.

Quite a good article, not sure where else to post
