Can I just say Nannini is a bit of cheating , I was looking for a question , thought of him and googled it , saw the answer to this at that time .
long before that I would say, early 80's maybe even the 70's
Don't think so , believe me ,I've seen tons of stuff on that race , never an on board shot .

I on;y looked that up after your post. I've seen Jackie stewart with an onboard, but that wasn't a race afaik
This race was special as it was the first time they were use in a live race to be streamed as part of the footage.
probably, looking at the start of the video it doesn't look like the race, more a practice session.
