Yes , the wiki link says he had a broken collar bone and slight burns to his back . took 30 minutes to get a helicopter there .

2013 and 2015 both wrong.

A boring fact, and probably doesn't help that much, the first time all entrants finished a race was in fact the 1961 Dutch GP, 15 starters, 15 finishers.
