If the World Cup is won by a team from any part of North or South America, Trump will claim it as his victory, and try to annexe the winning country as the 51st state
Can be genuine Londoners who have moved to the area though. I know at least of one.
Personally I’m not bothering to get involved in the World Cup. Just need to rebalance after recent and maybe future events. Football for the time being has sucked out most of my emotion for the game. No doubt it’ll return in due time!!

Wouldn't say that. Happy that VAR didn't get involved. I think it could easy have been a pen but correct to stick with on field decision.

They were grabbing each other TBF. I'm 60-40 in favour of a penalty but nowhere near clear and obvious enough for VAR to intervene.

I also think if that’s given against England in a few weeks, we’re bemoaning how their player got in front then slowed down to get bundled over
