I always said we should've stuck with him when we were relegated and give him the chance to build his own squad and he also wanted to stay..

I'm glad to see him doing well now, but I don't think he would have been ready 18 months ago to mount a serious promotion challenge with Saints. The club needed someone fresh with new ideas, drive and motivational skills. Russ had that in abundance.

It took Selles two thirds of a season to start getting results at Reading.

Thats a bit harsh. It may have taken him two thirds of a season but don't forget he did that with little if any money to spend due to Readings financial position.

Sunderland will really kick themselves for conceding that injury time equaliser vs Plymouth. They would have been the only member of the top four to win.

Sheff Utd get away with their horror result vs Hull.

Very poor game tonight.

One shot on target in the whole game.

Feels like Burnley are more focused on maintaining their excellent defensive record than actually getting promoted.

Their last seven league matches have included five 0-0 draws and a 1-0 win. They basically did all their goalscoring in a freak 15 minute spell vs Plymouth.

I'm Dark Horsing Middlesbrough for the playoffs this season.

Morgan Whittaker and now Iling-Junior both brought in this window. That could be tasty.

Probably lose to Sunderland tonight now.

Well, they've signed Marcus Edwards which is a superb signing - that should help them find the net more regularly.
