Went to Cromer in the early 90s, me and the missus were taking a stroll down the high Street when this bloody seagull shat all over us. Bucket load of **** it was and we'd only just left the car park. The missus had ****e all down the back of her top and because I'd just bought a brand new car I made her go into the ladies and turn it around so she wore it arse about face all the way home. Never really liked Cromer ever since <grr>
It sounds to me like you went to Cromer. Some nature happened, and because you were more concerned with your car, than your Missus. You made her turn her top inside out, and rub Sh*t all up her back....

I'd say Cromer was a secondary concern.

Me too OCF but I'm pretty much public transport reliant, so a coasthopper bus from Cromer means more bus time than explore time!
I love RSPB Titchwell and Thornham creek area, Holme dunes - and the White Horse in Brancaster does infinitely better chips than Long Stratton has ever dreamt about <ok>

Take that back :emoticon-0121-angry
No pub has ever done fish n chip's right - ever!

Bah!

*you're* ;)
It's OK, we get on fine - and have been known to meet up for a cheeky macchiato on occasion! <yikes>
But only after the 6 p.m. watershed <ok>
There's this long-standing crab vs shannock thing - if it was based on piers, lighthouses and multiplex cinemas, there could only ever be one winner :emoticon-0173-middl

Just like the inter town tug of war? :P

What on earth is a 'shannock' ??

See above KIO. True sporting icons of North Norfolk :)

General - Do you drive a Passat Estate, as there was one on Colman Road today with the registration P111 BAH??

A nice birthday walk on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Wonderful!

I mean, it's no Birmingham, but it'll do! <ok>

Where's the pub???? :(
I was in the Fishing Boat in East Runton earlier - not a particularly nice pub, but real ales at £2.50 a pint. Then walked along the beach to Cromer.
Now slumming it in the Glasshouse much nicer and a special of 14 oz Aberdeen Angus and chips at only £5.99, though doesn't include a drink.

You could try tap water to keep the cost down! ;)

Started the day with breakfast at Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale - highly recommended
