I'm heading back up that way probably around early November and will probably do the stretch from Wells to Blakeney. I've done Blakeney to Cley, as well as Weybourne to Sheringham and will aim to do the rest of the NNCP another time. Edit - No surprise there then - https://uk.news.yahoo.com/ed-balls-is-annoying-other-strictly-contestants-backstage-105308102.html
Brilliant idea and easy(ish) to implement if anyone in government can be arsed to think of it. You could take it further and have similar tax on fatty foods, like Long Stratton greasy fried potato pieces Sorry, I thought CrappyDs' referred to a fizzy drink - same applies to them as junk foods, though, Coke, Fanta etc, far healthier options are available so people should be encouraged in any way possible to switch.
Yes General and I do work quite hard when I exercise, as I enjoy my food and the occasional (?) pint/glass(bottle) of wine. I'm lucky in that UEA Sportspark is only just over a mile away and my annual membership only costs me £320 a year which means I can't use any of the facilities between 4pm and 8.30pm. I've been more or less the same weight for several years now and yes, according to the BMI measurement, I'm overweight, but fitter/stronger than many people half my age
Oh dear.... Ed Balls has a photo in the paper with the headline "The Hippo Hippo Shake".... ...Please don't mention our club in the review..
Great to see Trott and Kenny marry in private. They turned down an offer from a magazine to feature their wedding and asked guests to donate to Dementia UK rather than buy them presents!! #weneedmorelikethem
Off topic, sorry, and there was a thread about this but I can't be ....to trawl through. When I shut down it down last night , my PC started installing Windows updates - nothing new there. But when I fired it up this morning, it was like I was a new user, I had to sign in to gmail, not606, twitter, facebook, google chrome etc. In the past, it stored all that info and on boot up, I was straight in to all of them. It just crashed and restarted automatically, but I had to do the same things all over again, on every site I use regularly. WTF? Not the end of the world but a) anyone else had recent problems, and b) anyone know how to prevent it recurring? Cheers
When I shut down last night it said installing new updates then shutting down. When I booted up this morning it said installing new updates, don't switch off your computer, it then took two and a half hours to install but at least it had kept all my log ins!
That's very interesting Cromer, as my laptop installed updates on Thursday evening and on Friday morning it took ages updating and it had corrupted my user profile, so that I was unable to log in and my laptop's now with a 'medic' to have the hard drive reformatted and Windows 10 reinstalled. Quite lucky, as I'll only be £30 worse off and I used to work in IT, but couldn't fix it myself!!! Considering switching to Linux!!!
Seems the sale of Kodi boxes is going to be challenged at Teeside Crown Court a month tomorrow - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-37474595
