I can only second what Gandy says Cromer and I wondered where you'd gone.
I can't ask you to join me for a pint in the Fishing Boat then!!

 

I'm going to buy - in fact they're on order from ebay, some reusable ice cubes that you put in the freezer. These are shaped like lime wedges so no one need ever know what's floating in that house double G+T you buy me!!

p.s. The idea being they don't melt and add a bit to my fluid intake.

I wasn't - and am now curious as to what they
showed to have that sort of effect on people?

 

A young Scottish family who's husband/father had died at Christmas a couple of years ago aged 39, the effect it had on the children and what Children in Need has done to help them mend as a family.

Irony or what!
I'm hardly able to muster a thimbleful a day, hence my fluid intake restriction of a litre a day. No more beer as a pint of beer is well over half my daily allowance (568 ml).
This getting older malarkey can be a real pain in the arse - and numerous other places.

Just had a call from Norwich hospital (NNUH) - lung biopsy
on Oct 2nd - looking forward to that one!

A nodule showed up on a CT scan and warrants further investigation!
Better to know than not, I'd say.

 

So, Take That are returning to CR next year.
