I'm going to buy - in fact they're on order from ebay, some reusable ice cubes that you put in the freezer. These are shaped like lime wedges so no one need ever know what's floating in that house double G+T you buy me!!
p.s. The idea being they don't melt and add a bit to my fluid intake.

showed to have that sort of effect on people?
