Remi Garde is set to be sacked by Aston Villa with Nigel Pearson there number 1 target.
Odd, no-ones going to want to go there at the mo and no-one will save them at this stage, not even Sir Alex.

Sacking Garde would be madness, needs to happen at the end of the season if they don't believe he can get them straight back up next year.

But who would want to manage there? Cant see many turning them around. Both Sherwood and Garde, initially, were quite highly regarded and neither could. Plus the owner has zero ambition and desire to fund it.

The great Johan Cruyff passed away this morning.

RIP.

... was a winger in my younger playing days ... the Cryuff turn was a significant addition to my arsenal of tricks and the fact that it will always be remembered as his speaks volumes in terms of his influence ... let's also remember that he might even have joined us as a player during the Jock Wallace era :)

"he might even have joined us as a player"

I might of been a millionaire with my own lake, big house, super car, model girlfriend(s), an island, a plane & an LCFC season ticket. :emoticon-0175-drunk

Was watching the T20 World Cup final and it was an amazing recovery by England after their ****e first innings until the last over.

Hopefully Ben Stokes getting a good kicking by the rest of the team - he bottled it.

I bet £50 on the useless ****ers an hour ago. But to be honest im too drunk and happy with the league table to give a ****

Jose Mourinho has turned down the Syria job, what possessed him turning that job down? Im sure he would have had the whole country behind him but probably would have wanted his head after he loses <whistle>

I predict West Ham will be a force in the next couple of seasons - the useless twats that run London have given them a ground for bugger all so they can spend all of the TV money windfall money on players and the like.

Expect to see the next Tevez and Mascherano there except with less dodgy ownership deals.

Where they now: Nuge DeLaet and Dyer tearing it up in the championship promotion places and Knockeart not far behind in the playoffs.

Could see 3 teams all come up with ex-Leicester players.
