We've accepted a £2M bid from Wrexham for Coady, according to Rob Dorsett.
Hallelujah, I certainly hope so. our defence can't be any weaker. I get he is a motor mouth that can tell people where they should be, but his actions leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps he can take his mate Yanick with him. I hope Nelson and Okoli start with Souter to come back in. I expect Mads and Bilel to follow and to be honest I hope so. Both great players but we need the money and to develop.
On a separate note does anyone know when the potential points deduction is announced?

With the amount of time it takes the league to come up with a figure it almost makes you think that they make it up as they go along.

Finally we've announced a new shirt, still no sponsors...

I went to one of the digital ticket sessions today, a couple of staff did seem to infer in a few responses it was a a bit of a shambles behind the scenes with arranging the sponsors and shirts. And the team for that matter.

Deal agreed with West Ham for Hermanson. £18M. A bit lower than I was expecting.
Ndidi is apparently having his Besiktas medical today.
I'm not as sure about Hermanson but it should help reduce the wage bill quite a bit if we sell Ndidi.

Bit of a stuttering performance but deserved in the end - Wednesday keeper was MOTM ... and a shout out to their amazing support...
I reckon teams will come in and sit deep against us this season, as they did last time we were in the championship. As long as we keep hold of El Khannous we’ll have a good chance of finding a way through. It was great seeing Fatawu bombing down the wing, we certainly missed that last season. I thought Alves may have been worth a spot on the bench?

The toons gunna trigger his release clause apparently...

Now about that ... no absolute confirmation from anywhere that there actually is one...

... and even those that are suggesting there is then confusedly state that it would need at least £30m for us to sell... which makes no sense if there is a release for less ...<doh>

Will be what it will be ... but obviously he had a crap game yesterday because Saf says so, despite getting really good scores from every other 'reporter' ... obviously nowt to do with him being linked to Newcastle! <laugh>

The keeper had a good game, but there was some league 2 defending going on in front of him that cost us. If VAR had been present the panel and Stolarczyk would have had a busy evening.

Hopefully these academy lads are learning some lessons quickly from game time they're being given. Monga is certainly improving and Page looked promising.

Continuing the theme of learning lessons, please don't let Jordan Ayew take another set piece this season. Can't fault the guy for effort, but his end product is woeful.

The pen was shambolic ... once he'd finished his strictly tap dancing routine he was standing still before striking the ball ... tit

Luke Thomas is rated player of the match again with a rating of 8.00 on BBC and gets hooked after 57 minutes. Jordan Ayew is rated 3rd worst player on the pitch at 3.40 and plays the whole game. Can't quite work that one out.

Stolarcyk had a brain fart for the first goal ... but will learn ... and his save in the dying minutes was exceptional ... but Vestergaard is a woeful liability ... awful defending for their second and completely outdone again and bailed out by that late Stolarcyk save ... but the biggest problem by far is that Ayew is no goalscorer ... Daka is marginally better ... but we need to bring a finisher in before this window shuts or we'll have more days like today...
