Mark Warburton, whom we were rumoured to have approached when NP was sacked for 10 minutes has left his position at Brentford. Conspiracy theories please ...............
Well its well documented he is leaving at the end of the season due to changes in the clubs structure with a director of football coming in He's not gone yet has he?
Quite right Ed. After his comments though re disagreement with philosophies with the chairman, it may be sooner than later.
They interviewed a Brentford player on Talksport this morning - said he was convinced that Warburton is a future England manager in waiting ...
Got my ticket for Noel Gallagher (19.03.15), well happy. Just waiting for the Stone Roses to get over to Germany now.
Dave Whelan has stepped down as chairman of Wigan and appointed his 23 year old grandson Imagine running a football club at 23! I couldn't possibly mention Dave Whelan without adding he once broke his leg in the FA Cup final
Inevitable ... the Chairman's statement was a tad humorous I felt ... i.e about it being a real shame because they had hoped that Ollie was the right man to take them to the 'next level' ... which is PR bolloxspeak for ... "we were really hoping he could work a miracle because we were never going to give him any money" ...
Anyone in the need of a laugh @SkyFootball: TRANSFER CENTRE: Paul Ince thinks son Tom is as good as James Rodriguez. More here: http://t.co/6JraL2MZUj http://t.co/hgeyo3Z2v4
... think he has been misquoted - he was actually referring to Jay Rodriguez - with the 'comparison' restricted purely to the impact that both Jay and Tom have had on English football this season ... i.e none whatsoever ... in Jay's case, of course, it comes down to injury ... in Tom's case ... down to being Tom... ... a more worthwile comparison might have been Tom's football career with that of his father's managerial one ... early promise steadily descended into apathy but ego still very much intact
No Paul Ince told Monaco in the summer if they wanted to sign Tom Ince to replace James Rodriguez (who was one of the best players at the world cup and about to sign for Real Madrid for £70M) then they would have to pay him the same wages as he was just as good as James Rodriguez What a tit
