Be interesting to see how this pans out. Wee Krankie dropped Fatty Arbuckle like a hot potato when allegations were made, long before it went to court and Wee Alickie was exonerated.

I reckon it won't be long before we see Arbuckle back in charge of a Scottish Party, obviously not the SNP. Maybe the SLP, Scottish Liberation Party.

Both of them have held their tongues throughout it all but I read interviews and both are clearly desperate to put forward their side of the story. Interesting times ahead I foresee.

There's a time and a plaice for everything it appears.

I was looking for an image of 'god wars' and found a picture of Ares, the Greek God of war,

Who knew they had wheelchairs back then?

Was it not between UK and Iceland?

There were at least three cod wars, and many African States backed Iceland, which points that it wasn't quite as straightforward as it's often sold.

The main issue was clearly about Fish and the various distances from shore that Iceland wanted, but there were Cold War and Nato issues, as well as an Imperialist bag drop, mixed in with a change from right wing to left wing Government in Iceland. The UK were not the only ones fishing the waters either.

Ultimately, it was the risk to NATO's defences that brought an end to it.

The "Cod War" was about fish? How very strange.
