They may have political bias (both left and right) but they are nowhere near as bad as the Mail and particularly the Express. There's a reason why those two papers are widely ridiculed and only taken seriously by old women, bigots and the terminally thick.

What's called the Lag effect is sometimes hard to judge. Economically, you know what is almost certain to happen given a certain set of circumstances. What's more difficult to judge is how long these effects will take to feed through.

If nothing much changes, 2017 will be when the major fallout from Brexit will start to be felt by 'the man in the street' in his pocket...

May's problem is she has no plan or long term strategy. She will have given Nissan whatever they wanted and will have to deal with the repercussions of their competitors and other industries demanding the same favours at a later date. I think she will end up falling on her sword but before that she will spend most of her time in office bent over and being roughly rogered by her own party colleagues and foreign businessmen.

This whole debate seems to have given Pete and Kustard license to preach their bigoted ****e.

Kustard used to just be Custard, the illiterate, Liverpool hating embarrassment of the United board. He was like the relative that everyone tried to keep a secret.

You're right, it's not zero, but if we look at fertility rates then it's getting dangerously close to zero, after all it takes two people to have a child, if those two people aren't replenishing the population with at least 2 children then it's not good. I think the average across a lot of European countries at the moment is about 1.3.

It might be bizarre to you, but I think it might resonate with those who feel the same way I do. We can't all brush history under the carpet.
