....and now for the facts (sorry to upset you remoaners). London properties, sold off plan a 2 to 3 years ago, are currently being valued up by ALL lenders.

Love the fact that you spent months insisting Stan was an estate agent as though it was an insult when you are in fact an estate agent.

You silly, underachieving old **** <laugh>

I'd love to read a bit more about this. Do you have a link?
Would be interesting to see why right move has a disparity.

Ouch. I clearly scored a bullseye with that one :emoticon-0140-rofl:

A few more direct hits and you'll qualify for disability benefits as well. :emoticon-0136-giggl
The way you ridiculed your own profession was brilliant Tiddler. To be fair you are the parasites of the property industry. Scared old men who won't put their tiddlers on the block and always have their hands out begging for a fee <laugh>

Hope your boss doesn't forget to put something nice in your Christmas envelope and gives you an extra pat on the head :emoticon-0137-clapp

I bet the ladies steer well clear of you at the office Christmas party as you stumble around fiddling with your tiddler <laugh>

Sorry moaners, voters still want out

A ComRes/ CNN poll found that 47 per cent of Britons would still vote to leave, 45 per cent would vote to stay in the EU while eight per cent said they were do not know how they would vote.

The survey also found a whooping 47 per cent of people thought Britain’s long-term economic prospects would be bolstered when leaving the clutches of the Eurocrats while just 36 per cent thought the UK would suffer when Article 50 is triggered. Only 16 per cent were unsure.

So 5% of the Leave vote has changed their minds, compared to 3% of Remain. Nice spin attempt though.

Unsurprisingly the 47% who've nailed their bollocks to the mast had to say it'll all be sound - honest, otherwise saying the economy was likely to be ****ed, would make them look like idiots.

It's like a white trash convention. Tiddler and Kustard sharing roadkill while Dull skirts round the outside wanting to join in <laugh>
