Once I park I can't be arsed to use it as transport so unlikely to do anything other than walk or catch a bus. Might get up there but probably won't go much further than St Ives, which is other end of the bay.

Can get a bus to Newquay one way and Penzance the other so you never know.

Definitely cheaper. In every respect.

As for as good, very much doubt it.

You got the weather by the sound of it. Meant to be hot next week. Cornwall for me isn’t much different to the gower only more expensive and more snobbery. Padstow is worth visiting. Newquay only worth it if your boys want to spend the day in surf school

There are three surf schools right where we're staying, no need for Newquay

Yeah, I agree that it's not much different to ten minutes from my house. There's more to do, holiday wise though, I would guess.

I won't lie, I didn't want to go that far, I'd have just as soon gone to Devon.
Found a really good place though, the site looks fantastic, five minute walk through the dunes to a dog friendly three mile beach. Couple of towns nearby to visit, St Ives being one.

If the weather is as good as forecast it could well be a cracker.

Will miss the Pelforth and Kronenburg red though.

when the wreckin crew is in town, people get hurt.

last year i crawled away with 3 cracked ribs.

tough gig hiag and his wreckin crew.

Just been to see a band called The Eyelids. Punk/Psychobilly band from down here <ok> There's a little festival in the town I live in today, food, music, kids entertainment etc and a few bands on through the evening. The Eyelids were on first, just a 45mins set to get the crowd pumped. Watched them and then went for a bike ride. Back home and a few beers now.

<ok>
