Wasn't Daddies of London last year and not this year too..... could you see such a talent ever playing for a small unambitious club where finishing 3rd or worse and not regular UCL football could tempt such a player?

We were the Daddies of London last season, if you consider the fact that, for most of that season we were the only serious rival to Leicester for the title. Chelsea, of course, were the Pussies of London.

As for this season, we are the Daddies of London, when you consider the dry humping your lot received at the Lane.

I think you need to achieve more than just challenging a title contestant for 5 minutes to be "daddies of London".
You even ****ed that up at the final hurdle. Couldn't even challenge properly.
Maybe actually win a trophy for once?
That might help.

Hmm you'll have to explain how a club who finishes behind its north London rivals actually gets that tag. Im all ears and anticipate many laughs.

Just do me a favour guys. yeah.......
If you manage to beat us in the FA Cup final semi, and actually go on to win the FA Cup.......please, for the love of christ, do not call yourselves the "FA Cup Champions".....like some Arsenal folk did.
Most cringeworthy **** I ever saw.

<laugh>
Fair enough. I'm prepared to agree to that, Bodi.

Indeed, if we do manage to beat you and then go on to win the Cup, you will find me to be extremely modest, mate. As you well know, it isn't my style to crow about these things.

Save your crowing you'll be long planted before you get anything to crow about. <ok>

Hm. Not sure about that, Mr Skids.

I see Spurs being the Daddies of North London for quite some time, so I think it's going to be Chelsea, us, and City vying for the title, each season, with 'Pool, United, and Arsenal (in that order) vying for the remaining 4th spot.

... if you seriously don't see United challenging for the title "each season" then I hope the clouds and cuckoos close by are to your liking? <laugh>

Did they challenge last season?

Are they challenging this season?

You really do walk into these ****-ups, don't you, Fosse!

You think so? ... Greizman arriving in the summer plus likely another 2 or 3 stellar signings.............. but you don't see them challenging <doh> <ok>

PS Nobody is really challenging Chelsea this season ... everyone was a lot closer to us at this stage of last season...

What with both 'Pool and Spurs winning this weekend, Arsenal must beat City tomorrow to have any real hope of earning a top 4 finish this season.

It won't be easy, as City have been looking good in recent weeks, at a time when Arsenal appear to have bottled it, almost completely.

In previous seasons, all Arsenal have been able to look forward to is winning the "We Finished Above Spurs Again" Cup, but that will look like a distant dream unless they can beat City, tomorrow.

I will have the popcorn at the ready.

We will lose to City at home.
City will knock us out of FA Cup.

Spurs will finish above Arsenal this season (for the first time in 20 years) and their fans will have a massive ****fest and spout **** about power shifts, despite not actually winning anything!

Wenger will leave.

Arsenal will have a new manager and Spurs will return to the shadows.
