Twitter is now rife with the news that Man City and Arsenal are fighting it out for Gervinho for £8 million...

I do not like this.
 
Taylor had been heavily linked with a bid by United in recent days and quotes from Swans' Chairman, Huw Jenkins, confirm that they have "received a proposal" from the Magpies.

Jenkins told the Swansea official site:

"We have received a proposal from Newcastle regarding Neil. But the proposal has not been accepted or rejected at this stage.

Why would Man City want Gervinho? Why do Arsenal even want Gervinho?

Arsenal could sign Gervinho, Gameiro, Messi, Colonal Freaking Mustard and they still wouldnt win the league. Because they need a CENTRE HALF, A KEEPER AND A BALL WINNING MIDFIELDER.


Football seems to have become a real life version of collecting football stickers.


And Twitter is just full of gonks retweeting other gonks' opinions.

Can someone just spam the feckers twitter? Change his avatar to Stalin, and then maybe post tweets claiming Reinhard Heydrich is set to sign a 5 year deal with Middlesbrough?

Speaking of Nazi Generals....anyone think Mike Ashley and Hermann Goering resemble each other?

The Benny saga was MUCH better and easier to deal with. This is just torture, I just wanna know now, regardless of where he's off (us, hopefully...)

Or maybe he actually is starting to do things right? As cynical as we tend to be, it is a possiblity that Ashley realises what is required to push on to Europe, bringing more money and a higher club value, which are all in both of our best interests. There's far more money to be made by getting the club back into Europe, than letting us stagnate while asset stripping.
