Annoying, but no disaster. If we beat USA, we will likely qualify.

The most important thing was to avoid being heavily beaten, and we have avoided that.

I’m guessing that the closeness of the result won’t unduly damage our run rate, so having USA in our last game we should be favourites to go through irrespective of the Windies/South Africa game, either second or even first if Windies win?
 
Our NN drops from +1.343 to +0.412

SA's NRR drops from +0.900 to +0.625

So even if WI win both their remaining games to join SA on 4 points, the damage that would do to SA's NRR (because one of those WI wins would be against SA) should mean that we'd only need a minor win vs USA.

In fact, we probably win the group if we beat USA and WI beat USA and SA . Not that I'm bothered about whether we come 1st or 2nd (India and Australia would both be tough opponents).
