Incredible batting from Tom Abell, 112 no in just 93 balls, to go with his 111 in the first innings. Tom Lammonby on 101 no, Somerset 277-1 at stumps, a lead of 401. We’ll certainly declare overnight, and go for the win tomorrow.
 
Glad you put Tom Abell in, I would give a shout for Lewis Gregory too.

If I could sign any three domestic cricketers for Hampshire, Abell would absolutely be one of them.

Brilliant player (and aside from maybe the odd game for the Lions, won't miss games due to international duty).

Harry Brook would have been another, except now he'll miss a lot of the domestic seasons going forward now through international duty and franchise T20 tournaments.
 
Good to see Woody back.

Granted, it sadly probably won't be long until he gets his next injury (same for Topley). But hopefully that will be after the world cup.
