I'm not sure Afghanistan should be competing in the World Cup TBH. The players have done nothing wrong but it's hard to look past the fact the country is being run by a bunch of ****s who recently executed a female volleyball player.
Also female judges have been killed on their journeys and live in total fear if they haven't escaped elsewhere. By any standard the international community need to be much clearer on this and other issues where Afghanistan is concerned.

It's that sort of finish from Asif Ali that explains why there's so much debate over Buttler's best position. Not many players can win a game like Ali just did, but Jos is absolutely one of them. So if we bat him at the top, we miss out of that. Though equally, if we bat him down the order, it feels like we're not utilising his talent to its greatest potential.

Or Jos can just do both jobs. Start and finish the innings.

Just 11.4 overs needed to destroy Australia. The most one-sided cricket match I have ever seen between these two nations, and a massive statement by England.

NRR up to 3.948!
