That's at least 200 more than they should've had, very poor from Hants but credit to the counter attack from Somerset.
I’ve lost count of the number of times in the last few seasons our lower order have pulled off something like that.
True, but several dropped catches on the same player IIRC. You can only get someone out once!
The one potential saving grace for Hants is the short boundary so runs should come fairly easily once batsmen get in.

Quiet on here today, I thought there would have been a lot of discussion about how well dropping Weatherly had worked!
Vince and Northeast have thankfully made it through to lunch. I think one of them simply has to make a century. Now the ball is getting softer and the sun is out, batting conditions shouldn't be too hard. Next session crucial.
