Congratulations to New Zealand for nearly winning the World Cup despite being underdogs and taking the vagaries of fate on the chin. As England fans we can identify with that.
Sky found the arcane rule covering such an incident...says that the 4 should have been added on to the score for completed runs or runs where the batsmen had crossed when the ball was thrown. Without looking at video evidence would have been impossible for the umpires to decide this at real time.

I thought they finished two weeks ago. So it could have been a summer school or the monks just celebrating Bastille Day. They are Benedictine ? and weren´t their origins French?
Quite a few of the kids stay on for at least part of the summer as their parents don’t want them.
Only a couple of monks left, you can’t get the monks these days. In any case, the Abbey and the school have recently split into separate businesses, under new regulations or something. The school is desperately short of funds and the buildings are falling down.
