I said that we wouldn't necessarily regret dropping Kohli twice and failing to run him out....well I was wrong. He is now approaching his hundred....the only India player to put on any kind of score.

As the current second best bowler in the world, Anderson being the best?

In the seam department, certainly. Ashwin is also up there, along with a plethora of Pakistaní spinners. What this current test match is proving is that at the moment, there isn´t a standout test team as India normally beat England in the sub-continent, while England have the upper hand at home.

While I must admire Broad´s range and ability, he does seem a cocky individual, and was certanly no friend of KP. In fact many in that dressing-room ganged up on KP.

Mostly because KP, while being a brilliant batsman, wasn’t a team player and was a total cock.

Hopes were high beforehand for a cracking series, and this first test certainly hasn't disappointed.
