We appear to be trying to chase 300 rather than 200, but hey I'm not going to complain at a boost to our NRR, should it come off.

Dear oh dear....two new batsmen in, at least we are ahead of the game, no need to panic ...yet.

They've also still got to find 6 overs, whether from Franklin, Cartwright or Stirling. That's a third of their remaining overs.

Purely in terms of the target, things have calmed down. A 27 run partnership and counting.

In reality though, it's very much the opposite because it sounds like we're trying to have a go at everything.

****ing Topley keeps saying 112/5 and 113/5 etc...

Because of the state of the game, I'm having to put up with him. But on his last commentary spell, I turned it off.

The ball has just sailed into....the wicket-keepers glove. Not the stands, no, just the keepers gloves.

Well done guys. That is qualification 90% in the bag. We can rubber stamp it on Sunday, with what in theory looks like the easiest game of the group vs Glamorgan. And if we do win that, we don't just secure qualification, but we also (almost certainly) jump straight through to the SF. At home.
