I think that crazy hour yesterday was far more costly than this morning. Today, conditions are bowler friendly. They weren't yesterday and the top order should have cashed in and didn't because they all got themselves out.
Yes I agree, although I would argue that Bairstow should have recognised that he had a responsibility to stay in as long as possible while batting with the lower order.

Healthy PP for Sussex. Shame that they're two down, but hopefully they can keep up this rate and set Kent something decent. Which might be necessary if Kent get to benefit from a rain reduced chase.

35 off the previous two overs by Ravi

Shaheen starts the first over with 5 wides. He ends the first over with four wickets, and the match probably won.

This is another great chase so far by Middlesex. But they are four down...

In theory we can use as few as three bowlers if we want. Once an innings goes to less than 10 overs, the only bowling restriction is that no bowler can bowl more than two overs.

I wouldn't be throwing the ball to Dawson in that case!

That realistically sends Surrey through, because there's next-to-no chance of Essex overhauling them on NRR on Sunday.

That's a shocker to not give that as a no ball. Feels like a rare occasion of getting an umpire decision in our favour.
