Start delayed at Edgbaston, not due to start until 12:10. It was a huge risk batting on so long yesterday unnecessarily considering today's weather forecast and time will tell if Northeast ****ed it up I suppose. I'm obviously hoping that our bowling attack continue to come up with the answers.
I suppose Surrey could declare and ask Somerset to get say 180 in 50 overs but that’s unlikely!
A draw isn’t the end of the world, I think we have 6 points so far, so we should stay top. Shame to miss the opportunity of beating a contender though.
Hampshire are 1 wicket away from going top.
Edit: Didn't factor in the points you'll get for a draw.
Good performance from Hants, we look an all-round solid outfit this season and could well challenge at the top.
