My target tonight was three wickets, with a hope of maybe four. So to get five is excellent work.

Y 107 - 7. Dom Bess taking a couple of blows from Baker, one on the helmet and one in the crown jewels, that had to hurt.

Well played Hampshire! Still some clear deficiencies in the batting and we'd be in real trouble without Abbott but certainly a lot better than last week!

Despite the win, I'd still be looking to drop Weatherley and rest Jack. Orr should play, of course, but if he's away with Scotland then either Albert or Middleton could deputise. Hopefully Fuller will be fit for the next game, or perhaps Currie could have a go and bat at 8.

I don't know about the order, but I wouldn't be surprised if the current bottom three also finish the season as the bottom three.

Middleton in the squad for tomorrow but no Orr. I can only assume Orr will be heading off with Scotland A. But hopefully Fletcha comes in for Weatherley.

Glad we've elected to bat after winning the toss. Fielding first didn't work out so well last time out at home.
