Warks-Kent has been called off, so that is us 99% through to the QFs.

OK, number of wins must be a deciding factor before NRR, because apparently we have qualified as a result of that rain-off.

(Although massively, massively unlikely, I think our NRR could fall below Kent's, should we ever get back out).

Away QF to Gloucs, Tuesday next week. 10.30am start, so most likely a massive advantage to whoever wins the toss (and so can bowl). We'll have now until then to prepare. Gloucs will be going straight into it on the back of a home four day against Surrey concluding on Monday.

It's the same time as the Surrey-Kent QF, so it's far from certain that our game will be on Sky.

But with Warks and Lancs going out tonight, and Northants going out yesterday, we're now the only side left who can potentially do the limited overs double. And that would be some blooming achievement, given that it was only in 2012 that we last did it!

BBC got it all wrong. We're actually away to Gloucs on Wednesday. Still a 10.30 start though.

Me and my mate who I go with stay in a hotel Saturday night. Firstly because it's a long day and I don't fancy the 2 and a half hour journey back at 11pm and secondly it covers a potential washout on Saturday.

Snap although struggled to get one close. Ended up in a hotel about 5 miles out but its only 20 mins from New Street. Got a good deal on train tickets though.

I'm driving up. Parking can be a bitch but we've managed in the past.
