Evening Anti - Hope you got your new shirt for the wedding. Tie or cravat ? Was going on a walk along Cowes seafront lunchtime, but a bit on the chilly side, so dropped the idea. Evening Anti - rain/sun/overcast/chilly day. Quite a mixture ! Southsea and back this morning - enjoyable and worthwhile trip. Massive American Aircraft Carrier moored off Stokes Bay, Gosport, visiting Portsmouth. We are all safe, thanks to thousands of Yanks roaming the city, protecting us.

G'day Anti - nice warmish day today. Looking forward to the weekend. Just watched a good England win, with a debut goal from Harry Kane, 80 seconds after coming off the bench !! You couldn't write the script. I remember him playing on loan to Millwall against Pompey a few years ago, when we were in the First Division - he was a useful looking player then, and he was probably only about 18. Young Kane had the same sort of start as Lambo scoring soon after coming on in Hope Sunday is a more enjoyable day ATB their first game - sounds like your trip to the mainland was not what you wished for and a couple of rumblings about AW - we are back to business next weekend away to Everton with SKD between the posts will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Hi Anti - cold and windy yesterday, and the same again today. We were totally outplayed yesterday afternoon, even the Shrews manager stated it was the best they had played since he joined them. Some consolation ! I do like Andy Awford as a person, but he is still learning the trade as a manager. I think we should persevere with him for the time being. Everton are having a difficult season, so could be a good match for you at Goodison Park. Nice roast beef lunch at a restaurant in Ryde. This evening, a decent bottle of South Eastern Australian Shiraz. Work in the morning, but got the afternoon off.

Greetings Woopert - hazy warm and humid morning - been to pick up my suit and I will be wearing a tie with the new shirt - nurse pumping the bride full of antibiotics - taken Dad to the podiatrist and am now going to sugar soap the sons bedroom prior to giving it a new colour on the walls apparently it needed doing - news to me but to hear is to obey which reminds me of the saying "women who carry a little extra weight live longer than men who mention it" *sigh* hope the weather improves ATB
