  • ETS-Lindgren's Model 3117 Double-ridged Waveguide is a the latest addition to a family of double ridge waveguide horns for microwave and EMC measurement from ETS-Lindgren. This model corrects the lower gain at the upper end of the frequency range, commonly found in ridged waveguide antennas.

    Users of this antenna benefit from uniform illumination of target surfaces and accurate gain measurement. In addition, the 3117 exhibits high gain and low VSWR across its operational frequency band, accepting moderate power input of 300 watts.

    The electrical characteristics of this antenna were designed and modeled using powerful workstations running electromagnetic simulation software. Equally important, experienced RF engineers worked with our manufacturing team to produce a practical and affordable realization of the modeling process. All production units are individually calibrated at our A2LA accredited lab.

Aims: This course aims to develop an understanding of the tools and technologies for understanding and improving the security and privacy of communication networks such as the Internet. It will introduce students to quantitative methods for trust, authentication, integrity and security analysis in packet networks, using cryptography techniques. It will expose students to frameworks for protecting networks and users, including emerging paradigms such as Internet-of-Things (IoT) and software defined networking (SDN). The quantitative methods studied in this course will be applied to practical examples.

3122 Florence is a stony trinary asteroid of the Amor group. It is classified as a near-Earth object and potentially hazardous asteroid. It measures approximately 5 kilometers in diameter. It orbits the Sun at a distance of 1.0–2.5 AU once every 2 years and 4 months (859 days); the orbit has an eccentricity of 0.42 and an inclination of 22° with respect to the ecliptic. Florence has two moons.

Florence was discovered on 2 March 1981 by American astronomer Schelte J. "Bobby" Bus at Siding Spring Observatory. Its provisional designation was 1981 ET3. It was named in honor of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing; the naming citation was published on 6 April, 1993 (M.P.C. 21955).

Florence is classified as a potentially hazardous object because its minimum orbit intersection distance (MOID ≤ 0.05 AU) indicates that it has the potential to make close approaches to the Earth, and because measurements of its absolute magnitude (H ≤ 22) suggest that it is large enough to create serious damage were it to impact.

3129, BPME Broadcast Power Monitor Display
The 3129 accurately measures power in digitally modulated and multi-carrier systems and displays the BPME status. The single line display is divided into two fields and displays forward power, and either reflected power or the match measurement.

An indicator in the lower right of the last digit blinks on and off to indicate communication with the BPME. It also acts as a DC power supply. The unit includes a 50 feet of cable to connect RS-232 and serial ports between 3129 and line section, and serial interface cable.

Louisiana Highway 3132

Louisiana Highway 3132 (LA 3132) is a state highway located in Shreveport, Louisiana. It runs 10.25 miles (16.50 km) in a general east–west direction from the junction of Interstates 20 and 220 to LA 523, serving as a southwestern bypass of the downtown area. With I-220, the highway helps to carry through traffic between the two disconnected portions of Interstate 49 (I-49), the area's main north–south route.

Though the controlled-access highway was officially designated as the Terry Bradshaw Passway in 2003, it is commonly known as the Inner Loop Expressway and is still signed as such from intersecting routes.
