What I find confusing is why the wait to declare the investigation findings and dole out any punishments until after the SPL vote? It's going to be a very uncomfortable wait.

I reckon thats down to the joke that we call a football association as well as the SPL.

I really don't think either are up to the job, haven't thought so for years now.

The SFA really need to be torn apart and rebuilt if you ask me, people like George Peat and Campbell Ogilvie should be nowhere near any power in our authorities.

Aye. I think it was Dev said "they're flying by the seat of their pants". They certainly have been since this whole debacle kicked off. Same with the SPL share. Their own rules say it can be transferred to a newco at their discretion but they bottle it and go to a club vote.

I lost any faith I had in them after boozegate, and although I thought Ferguson and McGregor acted like grade one arseholes the way the SFA dealt with it was a complete and utter shambles.

Much like this current fiasco.

I just read on opinion on it that suggests the SPL are holding off on judgement because the last day to appeal Rangers transfer embargo win is today.

Once it passes the SFA will need to once again find punishments for Rangers which include expulsion and suspension from the league in their remit

SPL getting SFA to do their dirty work.....?

And yes I know Rangers are dead
