We had an easy day today, sorted everything yesterday.

Drop the youngest off at work for 9. Meet a friend st 10 for a coffee. Put some diesel in the car. Pick lad up from work at 5. Piece of piss? Yeh right.

He text me a shopping list of presents he wanted me to get for him to give to others on the way to work. Daughter text asking if I’d collect some (a trolley load) of stuff for her & after dropping it off I ran out of diesel. The one thing I needed to do, but forgot. Just got in after leaving at half 8 this morning.

Am I arsed? Am I ****.

Indian tonight has turned into a takeaway though.

Happy Christmas to you all.
Get ya finger out fatty, you've done **** all :emoticon-0112-wonde

Health, wealth and happiness to all... health above all else to all with health issues and those around them with similar concerns.

I don' normally eat Pork I find it a bit dry.
Any tips from anybody that would change this would be welcome.

TAHITIAN PORK CHOPS
8 chops/steaks
3/4 c. sherry or cooking wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. maple syrup
optional: add 8 sliced mushrooms to the mix 45 mins in.
Serve with baked potatoes (jacket jobs), lathered in the juice, and greens (your choice). I go for collards & sliced Brussel
sprouts, cooked in butter, with seasoning and crushed garlic and few teaspoons of water on low heat in saucepan (with lid on) for 10- 15 minutes.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops in a skillet. Place in a baking dish. Put all other ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Pour over chops, cover and bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Turn chops once during baking.

It's Christmas day already over there I just noticed. Merry Christmas you daft bastards all.:emoticon-0100-smile<cracker><bubbly>
