Does anyone have roast Goose? Had it once not xmas day mind. Didn't think owt to it.

Only had it once back in the late 40's. Roasting made loads of goose dripping which both my dad and I loved on bread and toast instead of margarine ( butter was on ration). Remember it being rather runny as it did not set like roast beef or lamb dripping. Chip sandwiches with goose dripping were great.
