I think you'll find that if the new gaffer sets them up with a positive mindset and the ethos of let's try and win this, rather than let's try not to lose, the vast majority of fans - both at the game and expats / message boarders, etc will give him 100% backing and support from the word go
I think this is the point that has been missed by some. Similar to West Ham, Norwich City has traditionally be renowned for playing mostly attractive, passing football, with an attacking intent. While football has moved on, by and large the successful teams still do these basics, and that is what we ought to be striving for. The majority of City fans want a return to 'the Norwich style' of football and not the sit back and see what happens mentality.
