Elo all. Back from the coast and bagging up on sailfish, tuna and dorado. Back to work Monday - grim!! Hope u av all bin allright like.
Morning all from a grey and damp rural France. Third Sunday in the month so off for dinner with our group of friends. Four courses, wine in moderation seeing as we all have to drive, and coffee. But the best bit is three hours of decent conversation. Enjoy your day whatever you have planned.
Morning all. Currently dry with some sunshine and cloud. Needed to give the wood burner a good clean out and have it prepared for the colder weather that is forecast for later in the week. The birds had emptied their peanut feeders, so they have now been refilled. Then make sure that Mme still had some life in her car battery as she will want to go our in the morning. Time for a coffee I think.
Morning all. It is really very cold today, with a biting wind and snow showers forecast. Still the wood burner is lit and already throwing out some heat, so refill the log baskets, go to the bakers, then stay indoors seems to be the best bet. Have a good day whatever you have to do.
Morning all from a bright and breezy rural France. We did see a little snow yesterday afternoon, but it didn't settle on the road, and by evening the showers had turned to rain. More snow is being forecast for this morning, but looking at the sky I would guess they have got it wrong.
Evening all..... I fly to France tomorrow for a long weekend.... hope the roads are clear up in those hills
Safe trip Yorkie. No snow on the roads in these parts, but it can be quite different up in the Amberzac hills as I go down to Limoges. Wrap up warm if you are going to get amongst the vines. Many have already finished pruning, and cleared the weeds between the rows. Enjoy the weekend.
