I have summer tyres which are not good in snow. I don't know why I do not use winter tyres all through the year.
Morning all, a bit grey here at present, but the sun should appear shortly and with a light southerly breeze the temperature will be around 18°C this afternoon. Finished my labouring job until the New Year, when it will start again. It seems as if some other jobs have been put my way with Mme. suggesting that we should start to think about Christmas. Apart from the mountain of chocolate being moved into the stores not a lot has hit town yet, although Poitiers is opening it's ice rink in the main square tomorrow, complete with the chalets selling festive items and all of the lights being switched on. Enjoy your day whatever you are doing!
Morning all, making an early start in the faint hope that I might get back in time to listen to at least a bit of the match. No doubt at some stage Mme will ask why we are rushing around? Hoping for a win and a team that sort of looks sensible. There are a couple of players I don't wish to see involved. Glad to see that some effort has been put into making the GT stand something special. It would have been a shame if nothing much had happened. Enjoy your day, and unless you are a red bluebird may your team win.
