did anyone see the bellends tonight when the flare came over? standing there looking up towards manure like lost kids, doing absolutely nothing about it...
It didn't mate...I was trying to set you up with a trap as I had a good one liner waiting for you, but you just took too bloody long..
Yes Rabbit, I was just going to say that, the clueless bastards, I've said it on here before, they cause most of the problems at football matches. Obviously the flare had nothing to do with them but the way they just stood and stared up at the Man U supporters afterwards was laughable.
Don't know if this has been done, so many threads kicking about. This strained relationship is at breaking point. The match on February 1 at St Jamesâ Park was a 3pm kick-off until last week, when Northumbria Police moved it to 12.45pm. That decision has infuriated both clubs, who have issued a joint statement in which they accused Northumbria Police of âfalse and absurdâ behaviour. Both clubs say that derbies this season in London, south Wales and Manchester have started between 4pm and 5.15pm, whereas the Northumbria force insist they will not police the derby any time after 1.30pm due to concerns over crowd violence. Last season there were widespread disturbances after the derby match at St Jamesâ Park in April, with one fan arrested and charged for punching a police horse. The force made over 100 arrests. The joint statement said: âFor Northumbria Police to state they do not direct changes to kick-off times is false and absurd. âOver a number of years, both clubs have made repeated representations to Northumbria Police to try and reach agreement over kick-off times to enable a 3pm kick-off or later to enable broadcasters to give the game consideration in the majority of their time slots for live coverage. âIn recent years, Northumbria Police have rejected every request made by the clubs for later kick-off slots.â The clubs now say they will no longer co-operate with police demands to play the derby match before 1.30pm. Northumbria Police were unavailable for comment last night. Can the lying little ****s refuse to police games? Where would that leave us? On news now too.
They're quick enough to make comments when it suits them aren't they ............ "Some of our police dogs are so badly beaten they may have to be put down." If that wasn't a riot then what is a riot? Property was damaged, fires were lit, police were assaulted, the public attacked and various people were jailed .............
Had to laugh at the NP spokesman on BBC Look North. "Our statement was factually correct". It may have been but he never mentioned how the clubs have been pressurised by them into accepting their terms to police games for years. Half truths and near lies again from our nearest and dearest.
Surely the coming together of both clubs over this nonsensical matter must force NP into being reasonable......? Bunch of bloody jobsworths! Fair play to NUFC and SAFC. Glad my club are not doing something so shamefully embarrassing for a change.
yes...even though that jury agreed 8 to 2 that Duggan was unarmed. Sorry , as you say, different thread. I'm just angry.
