This season (judgments based on current league position relative to inventment in squad):

Chelsea have slightly over-performed
Man City have significanly under-performed
Arsenal are about par
Man Utd have under-performed
Liverpool are about par
Tottenham are about par
Southampton have significantly over-performed
Everton have massively under-performed

During Man utd's slump? <laugh> You mean whilst Man City and Chelsea were still fighting? Who was the alternative to Bayern or Dortmund? <laugh>

seriously?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_German_football_champions

why don't i google that for you and why don't i wipe your arse for you and all.

what exact slump are you lot dreaming about BTW?

the answers is werner bremen built up in the 2000s and wolfsburg are another rich boys toy... then theres shalke as well.

I point once more to dortmunds near bankrupcy in 2005 and say.... exactly what clear 2nd placed german team are you dreaming off cos in 2007 they were nearly relegated.

yes dortmund have a very big stadium (which they don't own anymore but play at) so they have been a publicly floated ocmpany traded on stock market for years and have worked hard to balance the books and are in a good place now.

no credit to klopp though cos another club in a different country and a loud mouth manager in trouble and the press linked klopp to that club despite him probably having a much larger and better club already lined up.

And you're assuming I'm being serious about Klopp, I'm not, I'm just taking the piss because his current stance isn't too dissimilar to Brod's.

I am just highlighting the differences in fans judgements even tho the situations are pretty similar,

Both Klopp had a lot of average players with some gems that made it work. Take the gems out of both sides and ****.

Brod managed to rally the team, so did Klopp. There are many similarities.

But the whole judgement of the current situation is solely based on what each has achieved in other seasons, not his.

To say Brod's decisions led to our downfall this season, can be fair comments, but to say Klopp's decisions have led to Dortmund's even worse season in a a weaker lague, is blasphemy <laugh>

Do you not see the irony in considering Klopp as a replacement considering your criticism of Brod? <laugh>

Yep true, I made that point, The PL has 3 bayerns City Man U and Chelsea, Man U fell out only leaving Liverpool to deal with City and Chelsea. <doh> It should have been nailed on <laugh>

nah. the prem has one bayern in Utd... Cheslea are trying their best to get there but have more foriegn "fans" and too msall a stadium to be that.

City are just a wolfsburg.

to say dortmunds were "nailed on" is to not look at the real story of where they were and where they got to the lowest bayern finished was 3rd btw when leverkusen had a great year finihsing 2nd with hyppia playing and i think they conceded hardly any.

to write of dortmunds acheivement as a bayern slump is.... well lets write off atletico for their acheivements or lets say hey inter only won the CL and dometic trbele cos juve were out of the picture.

Exactly. People are criticising Brod for certain things but then praising Klopp despite doing the same or very similar things (I'm talking this season).

You think spending over 100million and dropping 3 places in what, I think we all agree, is a poor league can be considered "par"? Are you Brendan Rodgers' PR guy?

where'd i say he should replace rodgers

I say again i've said i reckon he's already got a new job lined up at a much bigger and better club.

Rodgers deserves everything he gets cos he's a windbag who's no plan b and lucks into ****....

<laugh> poor effort, what does it matter how much we spent if everyone currently above us spent even more?

Can i ask..

should we now compare Anchelotti to Rodgers saying real have been piss poor and all. a few injuries and they are phooked? need to sack that anchelotti he's taking them nowhere.
