Still seems to be a bit if animosity about Radz buying ER not the club buying ER. The facts are this: gfh still hold a debenture and anything the club does major needs to be approved by them. Radz doing it with his own cash bypasses GFH hence the reason he is charging no rent. At the end of the day Radz gets his money back as the club is now worth more than twice what it was before he bought it. Sound business

And this increase in asset value is the only thing concrete so far. Its a bit like buying a fiat and turning it into a ferrari (see what I did there).
