Mike knows all about the economy and housing market in Spain cos he once sold a home there and it has gone up in value. You only live there and work in the market.

Me I am thinking most property would appreciate in value if it was brought up to date given indoor plumbing and you get rid of the stench of moth balls.

Which issue, the waters are muddied. We started talking about millionaires, and then it was only Mallorca where property prices are rising. Both are wrong but I just want to be settling one point at once to avoid confusing the decrepit one.

Because there is not the hunger for them, as they are plentiful, the price will not go up
