Think estaponawhite and Glory have lost the plot on this one. Where do me and 60 sign our E-Victory award slips?
 
I already have found it. I'm not going to post it because it's so easy. Quick google search and you and Glory will be shining mine and 60's boots.

Mike knows all about the economy and housing market in Spain cos he once sold a home there and it has gone up in value. You only live there and work in the market.

Me I am thinking most property would appreciate in value if it was brought up to date given indoor plumbing and you get rid of the stench of moth balls.
 
I don't type like a 6 year old. I can safely assure you that we're differant people whom are only related in the fact we're both correct on this issue.

Which issue, the waters are muddied. We started talking about millionaires, and then it was only Mallorca where property prices are rising. Both are wrong but I just want to be settling one point at once to avoid confusing the decrepit one.

No, and the figure will differ from City to City depending on the amount of new build apartments. For instance, in Southampton, they have built thousands upon thousands of flats.

Because there is not the hunger for them, as they are plentiful, the price will not go up
